What if it doesn't work? +
Every engagement has named KPIs (e.g., "100% of inbound answered in <4 seconds; 40% of qualified inbound booked"). If we miss them in the first 30 days, the monthly fee is waived until we hit them.
Can I cancel? +
Three-month minimum after launch to allow stabilization and ROI proof. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice. On termination, your number reverts, your transcripts export, your CRM keeps every booking. We don't lock data in.
