You're billed per answered call against a prepaid balance. There are no seats and no monthly minimum — if the phone doesn't ring, you don't pay. Most operators land under $2 a day; heavier call volume costs proportionally more.
Do I need to bring my own data?
Yes. The agent is trained on your business — your services, hours, and how you talk to customers. That's what makes the experience yours instead of a generic bot. We help you assemble it during setup.
Is there an IT project or developer work?
No. We stand the console up for you — train the agents, wire the routing, connect your pipeline and email. You describe the operation in plain language; we hand you a working one.
How do I get support?
